    SS Newbie... almost

I love riding my bike but have just a little over zero knowledge about them short of basic maintenance. I have an older Giant Iguana and want to convert to SS but have no idea how. I've read about a lot of kits but are they universal? Any suggestions for a pretty much bomb proof option? It's hard tail and I don't want to have to worry about chain tensioners. I'm also going to keep the brakes so I guess a free wheel option would be what I'm looking for. Thanks for the help!

    Ben
