    Love it, looks great. Is the fork offset like a pugs, or is something different going on?

    pretty much used the pug idea as a starting point then built it to fit me.It is a blast to ride.Fork is offset also

    Front Wheel

    Is that a cog on the front wheel too? If so what gear ratios is that giving you?

    thanks for all the replies.the front has a 19 tooth fixed gear the rear is a white industries 21 tooth freewheel.race face bb 100x145 it can be used geared also .paragon sliders disc only.

    Very cool!

    I think a fat tire bike is my next project...and TT would be right next door. Lets see some more pictures and ride report!

    grumpy if the chester fit me I would still have it.The bike rides great, so far lots of gravel Chester looking good.
