SingleSpeeding... I finally get it. (Pics)

After a few months of SSing I finally got that "feeling". I rode and rode but always came away with that "this sucks" feeling. Too hard on climbs, too rough on decents, too slow on flats. Today, that all changed. On first big climb of the day my SSing bud , Chris, is behind me and says "charge the climb". I stand, crank and ACCELERATE!! WOW! Cool.
Next the roughest of trail smooths out as I pick the right line every time, cool. A climb comes up I pick up the pace and momentum carries me over. I love it! After riding a 5" travel fully squish I never thought I could do the same drops on the SS. I can now do those too. Sell the Ventana? I don't think so... there are some things I ain't willing to give up.
