Removing Cable Guides from Ti Frame

This may be a dumb question, but is it possible to have someone remove the cable guides from a titanium frame? I've been riding my Ti bike as a single speed for a long time (got a new full susp. and not ever planning to ride my hardtail with gears). I can't stand the empty cable guides, is it possible to have someone who works with metal/titanium remove them? Any info would be much appreciated, I'm in Los Angeles if anyone has a recommendation of someone to go to.
    Thanks!

Call Kish Farication. He will be able to answer that question for you. I know Matt Chester used to do it.
