    P2 fork

Been thinking about putting a Vicious or Kelly on my Dean (ti, v-brake) this summer, but lately have read some nice stuff about Kona's P2 (and the price is certainly right). So are the Kelly and Vicious $130 better than the Kona for rooty east coast xc trails? Anyone done a direct comparison? Thx

I picked up a P2 with my Spot SS 'cross frame. Both were used. Don't know the history of the fork, but steer tube and dropouts were misaligned. Could have been a second or something - not sure. I ended up picking up a Vicious that I'm very happy with. I also have a Vicious on my 26" SS Spot - no issues with either. IF stuff is also nice. How about a Pace carbon or a Ti fork?

The Pace carbon is way cool, Ti forks are scary.
I've ridden a few different Ti forks, and they've all scared me. Springy, flexy, weird riding little forks. They ARE light, though...
