Need a partner for Trans Rockies

I am already signed up, but I lost my partner. Interested in a very long ride with a lot of pain and sleeping in a tent? I am doing the race on a single speed. You don't have to, but wouldn't it be fun? I am on vacation but I will be back home tomorrow.

    C'mon

I gotta pull the plug soon if I can't find a partner. You mean to tell me none of youz guys has a wad of cash and a week of vacation to waste? Tell your wife it is the chance of a lifetime or some other BS along those lines. It's what I always do, and it usually works.

I was in for the 1550(that's Canadian) package. They set up your tents and feed you. I am flying in to Calgary to catch the noon shuttle on Saturday to the race start. I was planning on catching the shuttle back Sun AM after the race was over to get back.
So you are looking at $1550+transfers+airfare+ someplace to stay Aug 6&13th(I would work on that). My partner was supposed to take care of that so that is something I would have to look into. It is definitely no cheap affair, but I was counting on it being worth it.
Send me an email if you want a phone call. teamdicky @ hotmail. com.
