    Lose the chainstay protector, it's not needed. Otherwise great build.

    Good point, I was wondering...

    I also don't know if I need the tensioner, it's pretty close to the magic length.

    Personally I'd keep the tensioner as "pretty close" usually ain't good enough. But chainstay protectors on singlespeeds are for chimps.

    Won't be smashing anyone on the hills 'til I get my SS legs going...

    That's a big frame!

    A large, but the headtube is long, I needed a 230mm steerer, which puts the bars quite high and with a 100mm fork especially so.
