Oops my bad, I meant v-brake tabs. Going oldschool on this build. No it doesn't have to be ful carbon but the lighter the better.

    I'm not sure that exists.

not sure i can describe what's available now but i've been running a pace c.f. fork with a disk brake (purchased from the UK) for something like 10 years with no issue.

Origin 8 and Exotic both make a carbon fork with canti-mounts. Removeable split bands with canti studs and disk tabs on the lowers.

I've had the Origin 8 for years on 2 different bikes now. I've had no complaints except for user error causing a deep cable rub on the crown. It really does take off quite a bit of the vibration out of the ride.
