    Look! I've got wood........

What's going on everyone. I'm new to the SS world and this is my first ghetto/garage SS build. I remember seeing a Cannondale F1000 a while back that had a wood grain finish to it, they called it a "Full Wood". I thought that was pretty cool but I didn't have the dough for a $2k SS. So I thought I make my own. Last year I bought a old Giant Cadex CFM-1 carbon frame off of Ebay, so I sanded the crap out of it, primed and gloss base coated it. Then I used shelf paper from Home Depot and carefully cut it so there was no overlaping. Then I sealed the edges and seams with adheasive and put 3 or 4 coats of clear gloss on her.
Then I got a chain tensioner, and used parts I had laying around the garage to keep the cost down.

I read in a post a while back that "Jesus would ride a single speed". I like to think he'd ride mine..

Indeed, he was a carpenter :-)

Jesus, that is, was a carpenter.
