Ventana doesn't have them in production anymore, but they will still make you a 26" El Toro: Hardtail XC/Single Speed | Ventana Mountain Bikes USA

I bought mine around 2009 and it's a great ride. I have a few carbon bits on it, but otherwise a modest build and it's 22lbs.

I'd suggest an on-one they are relatively inexpensive and have so far proved to be an amazing bike. I know there are a few guys on the forums with inbreds in the mid to low 20lbs range and they were 18'' and 20'' frames.

My wife is almost 5'4" and she looooooves her Cotic Soul x-tra small frame. Bought it directly from Cotic and had it shipped to Canada. Reynolds 853 main tubes, rides smooth and climbs great.

How much do you want to spend? Seven makes some nice Ti SS's.
