New question here. Kiss Off CS length?

Would anybody happen to know the effective chainstay-length range for the medium Phil Wood Kiss Off frame?

    TIA,

    measurements

On my frame looks like min would be 16 1/4 and max (safe) 17 1/4. Now this could vary a slight bit between frames. I am running @ 16 13/16 measured cntr/cntr....
