I don't live in the area but have ridden with a local there once on my SS. go to jockey hill! it's a great singletrack haven. i spent about 5 or 6 hours riding almost non-stop and didnt hit the same trail twice. pretty technical with lots of rocks. i was able to ride everything without walking in 34/18. i think you can get a map of the area. i'll email my friend that i rode with up there and see if she can give me any info to pass on or maybe even meet ya for a ride.
