J Bar first timer and stem length question

    My KM came with a Titec J-Bar and a 110x6 (I believe it's a 6d) stem. I'm a newbie to SS 29er and had a question about the fit.

My seat height and angle are set. The bars are set so the extensions are flat. So far it feels good but I don't have a lot of time in the saddle.

My other bikes have risers with 9d backsweep and 90mm stems or 100mm stems based on respective use and top tube length. They feel great. The previous owner was 2" taller but had the same inseam.

I'm 5'10" with a 32" pant inseam. With the J bar's swept back extensions the KM feels good but I can't get past the longer stem and "weird" handlebar since it's my first SS 29er rigid.

Beside trial and error does anyone have input on basic J bar fit & feel? Is there a FAQ and answer to this setup? Thanks in advance.

I'm 6' and have tried 80-100mm stems with J / H bars on 2 bikes over the last 18 months. I like the 90mm on both, seems to work with the range of grip positions. Dunno if that's normal or helps..

I used to run them, I believe that I used a 120mm but I'm long in the torso.
