Gary fisher Mullet SS - your thoughts?

This seems like a pretty reasonable bike , only thing i would change would be the fork(ridged perhaps).

Another thing i might not like it for is that its aluminum. i know its built for dirt jumpers but I need a tough bike because i keep trashing other bikes

I didn't know you could get ridged forks. I thought there were only sussers and rigids.
Otherwise, that sounds like a fine bike for SS use.

    Aluminum... trashing bikes... um, what?

I like the Mullet a lot. It was a bike I was eyeing up when I was looking around. But at the time, my car's exhaust system decided to fall off, so I had to put a back seat to that plan. By the time money came around again, the Mullet wasn't around the LBS and I went elsewhere with another bike.
