    Fron chainguide as tensioner?

Anyone tried using a front chainguide like the Blackspire stinger (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/M...?ModelID=35818) for a tensioner? I have a DMR tensioner at the moment, but it cannot adjust far enough so I took one screw out and use a bit of locktite in the remaining screw to keep it tight, it works, but..I think this might look a little cleaner.

There's been a few Banshee Paradoxes with Stingers for tensioning. I have one coming for my Chromag...

If your tensioner does not have enough range, maybe you have enough slack to use a half link?

Nah, don't want to go the half link route, it's too hard to find them here where I am.

I could only find one at CRC:
