    Fixed Gear Handlebar

Just putting the finishing touch to my new fixed gear bike's build kit and am needing some help picking a handlebar.
Was going to go with the Deda Pista but I don't like the way the bars angle in.
Maybe the Easton Equipe EC90 but I am going to use a Salsa Cross front brake lever and don't know if this is possible on the bar.
I want to go with a Drop bar and 31.8 clamp.

Some ideas would be welcome, thanks.

What are you using the bike for? Drop bars without hoods are great for racing where you spend all your time in the drops, and they're good with hoods if you're using it for training cuz you get lots of hand positions, but if you want to commute and are dead set on the mimimalism of a lever on the tops then bullhorns are probably the most viable option. Much more heads up.
When the going gets weird its bedtime.

    flat top

bontrager flat top bars are pretty decent, with a long, shallow drop that you can ride in all day. they come in 31.8mm, i thinks its called 'race lite flat top'

    honor your ancestors

a towner bar turned upside down, scorcher style, is amazingly comfy and offers multiple hand position. plus you'll likely have the only one on the block. ride like yer great granddaddy rode, on a fixed gear scorcher.
Don't pay the $85 fee to ride land you own! Resist!
