So I just got a specialized carve SS 29er. I am new to the 29 and SS but have been looking at building one and was overwhelmed so I just bout one that was already done right. It is super fun so far. I am also excited I can now post in both forums. Hehe. I chose this one first. It is fun because I feel like a noob again riding bike since it is so different.

Good luck ... I've been riding 29er ss and rigid almost exclusively since getting a used one back in March. Meanwhile, the top-end full squish w/gears sits in the basement.
I picked myself up one of these as well. Great bike for the money! As others have said, I find myself wanting to ride this more than my FS bike. Loveeee this bike!
I have never really been interested in this bike, but there is something that does seriously intrigue me....Its 480mm A/C (suspension corrected for 100mm) and that fork has OS28 dropouts. I have held onto my Roval Control EL wheels for the use of my Rockshox forks and now this...and for that reason........I WANT ONE! Specialized Bicycle Components
