    Curtlo 29er Porn

Just came in yesterday. The color is metalic gray and looks much better in person (I $uck and taking good pictures in doors). The frame weighs 4.5 lbs and the fork is a bit over 2 lbs. Doug does good work.

    Very Nice

Thats a smooth looking frame. The brazed joints just flow together.
I like the fork extensions as well.

    Nice Bike.......

Sweet looking frame, I bet that paint just shines in in sun!
Looks like trails may be wet for a while now so that will give you some extra time to get the wheels rebuilt.

    So whats next?

The bike looks great, even with the crappy pictures

I love the look of his brazing. Does he clearcoat over the decals now? My wife's bike isn't cleared over the decals, so they are coming off and looking ratty.

Were you up here a few weeks ago? I remember something about that. Perhaps here for the big snow dump?? I have been on the cross bike on the road. So you have not been missing anything. even if you were here...

    Congrats

Nice looking bike. As others noted, the welds and paint are really nice.

I guess the 26er will be obsolete for you at this point.
Thanks to www.weavercycleworks.com for my awesome bike frames!

    Good job! oh yeah :)

pretty looking frame! Love the color.

Since I switch between rigid and susp. forks, I'm not crazy about the little hose guide that he puts on the forks. I have the slotted ones on the frame, should be the same on the fork IMO. I just zip-tie the hose to the loop.

enjoy it - let's see more pics when done.

Thanks for all the compliments on the frame/fork (and my curtains). I will post pics of the complete build ASAP. Some component highlights are King ss hubs w/ Delgado rims (in process of building), King headset, Hope mono mini brakes, RF Turbine cranks w/Salsa CR, Boone cog, Thomson stem/post, carbon Monkey Lite bar, Time Atac pedals, WTB moto raptor tires, brass duet incredibell.

The decals are not clear coated, so I hope they don't fall off.

I was in the area for Christmas, but my family was sick and we quarantined ourselves (yes, my daughter was vomitting again). Then the snows came and killed any chance of riding. Sorry we didn't get a chance to ride. I hope you had a happy and healthy holiday with your family.
