    Crupi cranks

    http://www.crupibmx.com/cranks.htm

I'm considering buying a set of Crupi Rhythm Pro cranks for my SS. Does any one know the size of the spindle or what the chain line is? I would like to use these with a King BB.

According to the Crupi BB page: http://www.crupibmx.com/bottom_brackets.htm

the BB is Shimano compatible, meaning the crank is compatible with King BB's. Chainline will be the same as Shimano DXR.

A self-claimed "DXR alternative" but why not just go with the real deal Saint, DXR (or even XT) because the Shimano set the standard, proven durability and price point for customers. I'm a fan of the old school Crupi bear trap type pedals and even the discontinued billet platform BMX pedals but where's the US innovation Crupi since a quarter century ago?
