Conversion of Shimano SLX double crank with bashgaurd to SS

Am I missing anything...any foreseeable issues?Remove small chainring, replace large 36T with unramped E13 36T chainring,,,do not plan to use the bashgaurd.
    Thanks.

The chainring bolts may end up being too long to tighten down the new chainring, since you're going from ring + bash to just one ring. Should be able to pick up shorter bolts at your LBS (or just run with the bash)

I used that set up, chainring on outside looks sweet!

I was using SLX with all black Blackspire chainring mounted on bashring side of spider. Looked sweet. As others stated, shorter bolts (steel for me, as aluminum is delicate). Unfortunately for me, my new ss King hub has different cassette lock ring, and had to move to inner side of spider on SAINT cranks.
