Jaw dropping action! Those four guys doing synchronized wheelie maneuvers was unbelievable. I wouldn't have believed it could be done had I not seen it with my own eyes. That chick had it goin', too.

    Thanks for posting these.

I've seen pictures of classical bicycle whateveritscalled before, but they clearly didn't do it justice. I think I held my breath for most of that first movie. Freak'n Amazing!

thanks for the kind words guys!!

That's Hugh, Donkey, Poacher and myself at the World Championships a few years back. It was a lot of fun, but it really works out your stomach muscles if you are not used to doing it. It was Poachers 1st competition at this level. Poacher is the best!

    Good job leading us Hugh!!!

But to answer your question, unicyclist do it all the time. My guess is it would be much more difficult to do those tricks on two wheels then on one. In many ways they simply turned their bikes into unicycles. Not that that explains how any of the video is even possible, but it's what I was thinking while I watched the videos.

Rehearsal with a capital R. If that's your job - to be an acrobat, then you have all the time in world to practice. I've seen similar bike stunts at Cirk Day Solay (sp?). "I guess we need to learn how to ride bikes with no brakes now". Tough gig. I'm stoked to wheelie over a pothole and these guys are going backwards. Thanks guys.

    thanks for the links

I was thinking the same thing. Or, maybe they have some sort of steering damper. Nonetheless, the video was simply amazing. I am downloading the other two vids right now and haven't yet watched them. I have seen flatlanding on the X Games and find that amazing as well, but four dudes in unison, and for 7 straight minutes. Wow!
