    Bianchi SISS brake pad compatability

My 2003 Bianchi SISS has Avid Ball Bearing Disk Brakes "BBDB". The pads say B3. The pads at the LBS are labeled for Avid Juicy and Ball Bearing 7 brakes. Are these compatable with my brakes? Thanks

if I am not mistaken the pads for BB7, Juicy 5 & 7 are the same, only the bb5 (2005 or later) use different pads. (you could double check in the brake time forum)

    Good luck,
    Cris

    You are correct.

My preferred pads for the Avids are Galfers or EBC Golds. Wear well. usually cheaper than the Avid brand. The Galfers have better modulation than the EBCs. The EBCs better bite.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common
