Anybody running a DMR Revolver SS Disc Rear hub?

A bit cheaper than a Surly - but how's it compare?

Anyone riding one? Good value or no?

Been running one for a season on a rigid 29er. No problems, would recommend it for a good price point. Got mine through Chainreaction in the UK, but Universal has good prices too.

I've been using one for 18 months in all manner of filth and it still works fine.

ACS claw has a normal freewheel thread. It will work fine. I think there's only one freewheel thread. So every combination should work. Chime in if I am wrong.

Hmm I am also looking for the revolver hub. Looks nice and has a nice price.

I had to space out the disc rotor on my Karate Monkey. I then decided to get the brown Surly hubs.

Thanks mate I thought that was the case

What model are you looking for? 10mm axle or 14mm axle?

10 MM version Normal MTB dropouts/axle

    Surlywhore:

what do you mean with spacing the disk rotor? Is the disk mount on the hub too far inward for you frame/caliper combo?

    They have them here: http://www.jensonusa.com/store/produ...+Disc+Hub.aspx

Well, I'm 99% sure they are the 10mm ones, because they have another entry with the 14mm axle, but trying to get info out of them is impossible. I think they have just used the same description for both items. The photo shows it as the 10mm one.

I'd be interested to hear about the disk mount too.. Is the Karate Monkey an unusual frame?
