    American Classic SS wheelset

Hi there, I have a GT Peace 9r that I totally worship.
However I am wanting to build or buy a lighter wheelset. Get away from the heavy All Mountain wheelset.

I see that AC have a SS wheelset at a remarkably low price. I was just wondering how people have found them. Im 6'4" 195lbs, Am i likely to have problems with these?
Also I can find anything on there width? Are they wide or standard 23.5mm type rims.

I would appreciate peoples input on this.

My other option is buy some new Velocity Blunt rims and rebuild my existing hubs and new spokes into a relatively good wheelset.

Your weight should not be a problem at all. I've been running American Classic wheels on both my road and mountain bikes for a few years now. I've had really good luck with them.
