    Alt bar question...yet again.

    Anyone ridden the Soma Sparrows?

    Good? Bad? Terrible?

THey look cool, I was thinking of putting some on my fixed gear commuter. Will I need to change my stem from the one I am using with a 12 degree sweep flat bar? Looks like they have some forward sweep also so it might be ok?

Fine for your commuter. But only if you ride fixed.

Is that due to lack of room for shifters?

Or maybe some sort of joke...?

Bad joke. I've thought about them for my commuter once or twice, but couldn't find any peer reviews, so I ended up with VO's portuer bars.
