    must be nice....

...to have that many components lying around to build a bike with!

I'm jeal0us, but can't complain. I just built up a cross bike 1/2 from the parts bin, 1/2 from new purchases. Next project: serious SS!

    Nice bike.

    Nice Bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the Chameleon - one of my dream bikes. Looks great! I am envious too.

Enjoy. Such a shame to waste that IF, I guess you won't be riding it much from now on........
    Ride.

No kidding! Especially when the 'parts bin bike' is nicer than your good mountain bike!

    Wow...

If that's what you call "parts bin" I would like to know what you really ride...

I've been thinking about turning my old GT into an SS, your bike sure looks great!

No intent to hijack but, I'm also building an old GT into an SS. I had to strip the paint and repaint the whole baby, but she looks so damn nice now! I'm working on a flat black with polished Al. colour scheme....

Man, if that is your parts bin.... very, very nice dude! that should be a nice bike to play around with!
    No cool signature...

If you don't mind me asking what model is the frame of your GT?
Do you have big plans or is it sort of low budget?

I'm hopefully going to do my old 00 Agressor 3.0 (7000 Series Alu., Triple Traingle) mostly with component I swap off my epic, (wheels, seat, bars, etc) Not sure about fork on my first ss, the rocky northeast may not be suitable for rigid..
