Sorry if this has been addressed, I did search...
I just put a Carver fork on my Pugsley, and I'm hating having to use a 160mm rotor after coming from a 203mm rotor on the stock fork. I would like to at least run a 180mm using the Snowpack adapter, but I'd like to be sure it has been tried and that it works well.
I have a stock Pugsley front hub and I'm using BB7s. I'm only 160lbs geared up, so I'm not overly worried about stressing the fork too much.
Using the Snowpack adapter would (hopefully) allow me to ditch the rotor spacer that came with the O'Beast and run the larger rotor. Or am I smoking crack?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
