I just saw that Atomlab is making a 29er wheelset. Has anyone tried them out? I know the make super tough wheels, having run pimps on my DJ bike.

The 29er is narrower at 18mm internal width, but they could be a nice option for an unbreakable wheelset. Not light at ~2kg.

I think you can get a lighter and stronger wheel with a wider rim with Blunt SLs or even flows. With the right setup you can build a 1900g P35 wheelset.

Depending on the price I don't see how these would be better with such a narrow rim, IMO.
