Compact frames supposedly dialed into touring rigs with disc brakes.
Both fail with not really offering a low enough granny for steep hills.
Kona offers the BB7, where Raleigh does the BB5.
Price difference is probably $100+ more for the Kona.
With the rest of the parts, does one bike offer more for the bang,
or is it a push?

Was looking at the Surly LHT, and the REI Randonee, but some friends threw these
into the consideration brew.
