show me the money! or the trails...

ok a little time has passed since it was announced that caledon got a big bag of money to stimulate the economy by building trails... annnnnnd from what i see things are looking a little bit flat. went up to plagrave to visit a friend and was shown the rail trail project. holy crap what a waste of funds... who the heck approved this job and why did it need to be done on a perfectly fine trail? the residents are a little bit miffed to say the least.

(a lot of links really saying nothing...)

haven't heard about how the other projects are going... all i hear is how the residents concerns are not being answered, increased levels of bureaucracy, less maintenance elsewhere, etc...

Did any of the money go toward building that snappy band shell at the Bruce Trail parking lot in Palgrave?
