A second helping of desert goodness

The pace of life continues unabated out here at McDowell. Work, work, work, beer, ride, beer. Repeat as necessary.

Not that Joe isn't pretty and everything...

Looks like scenic hill to me. I always enjoy going up and over and then turn around and repeat. Nice quick cardio workout.

Awful. I don't know how you manage to drag yourself to work every day.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm so psyched for this weekend and seeing those photos just makes it more exciting. The desert is so incredibly green! I hope that's an indicator of what my local desert will look like in a few weeks, once everything is melted (the Fruita thaw is happening now).

I really like the way you use the light to your advantage, both toward and away from the sun.

The contrast of green and desert is amazing in that first shot. It really captures what spring is like out there.

Ah, I can almost feel the warmth of the sun on my face. At 32degrees right now, I needed that. Thanks.
