The Wonders of Coming Home from Crested Butte

So the last ride of the Crested Butte weekend wasn't in Crested Butte at all. It was the Agate Creek descent off of Monarch Crest. We loaded up the Yeti trailer for a shuttle and headed up to the high country.

Though this was an Agate Creek ride, most of the imagery is of the Crest. Agate is just too much fun to stop and fiddle about with cameras.

(That day looked and felt a lot different from the last time I was up there:

)

Jason contemplating his demo bike.

That's probably almost all gone by now.

NICE photos!!

I'd think Colorado was unbeatable if I hadn't just ridden in BC.

Don't it tho? I'm still amazed by how quickly conditions changed once we dropped into Greens Creek.

Very cool. The contrast in those first two shots is awesome. I have got to get out there and ride the Crest.

I love the contrasting shots...do you intentionally stop at almost the same spot or that just the flow of the trail where it tells you to stop and take picture?
