Big bike (winter) riding at resorts

Anyone know if there are any resorts that will allow wheel'd scoots on the mountain when everyone else are on things w/ p-tex bases? I saw a vid of a bunch of kids w/ big bikes riding around resorts during winter (Europe?).

That sounds like a blast. I would love to slap some studded tires on and cruise the mountain.

that looks awsome. I was wondering if winterpark will let you do something like that. Or the set up like I saw in the dh/fr forum.

Boy they make that look easy...but going flatout on a groomer might be the way to go....I have done a few snow DS races and they were quite difficult even with monster tires and big homemade studs. It was more of a spectator sport like watching nascar for the crashes...

Wait till all the ruts develop...then it turns real fun....

That would make the resorts so much more fun. Skiers and boarders are so yesterday.
