Name it after me: "Antoine's Beer."

Other fantastic suggestions:

Honeypot Brewing Co. (the family friendly label will have a porta-pottie on it. The label aimed at the dumba$$ who wears Pornstar brand clothing will have something else on it.)
Nocturnal Emissions
Deer Beer (you can have a picture of Bambi on the label)

I'm out of ideas at the moment and I just cracked open a bottle of Anchor Steam. Cheers!

Why not go with a theme based on mountain biking? I would assume you'd have several beers, right?

Once you pick the Company name have beers like "29'er", "650lb", "Full Squish" "Tubeless" "Downhill" and on and on.....

"Broken Spoke Brewery" (might want to make sure that one isnt taken by a Motorcycle brewery)

"Over The Bars Brewery"
