Unable to mount tire after conversion :madman:

I converted a Dt Swiss 4.2d with the Dt eclipse tubeless kit. The problem is i'm not able to mount the tire after the conversion. Usually I don't need any tools to do it ! Any solutions ?

soapy water, thumb strength.

Harder to get on = harder for the tire to roll off the rim...thats a good thing.

And if all else fails, the Kool Stop Tire Bead Jack is the ultimate mounting tool

DONE !

not enough thumb strength, I asked my girlfriend to do it..

Just kidding, the soapy water work fine ! I'm concerned, because If I flat during a race, I'll have some problem to do it again...

From the DT web site:
The DT Swiss tubeless kit converts the DT Swiss rim into a tubeless system! The specially developed rim tape makes the rim airtight while the tire sealant seals the tire from the inside and repairs small defects in the tire itself. The set consists of tire sealant, adhesive tape, rim tape and valve. Attention: Only for UST tubeless tires!
