Worn out Rockshox Bar 2.1 shock, can it be rebuilt?

I have a Rockshox Bar 2.1 shock that came on my old bike. It's completely worn out, no damping whatsoever. It does hold air. Does anyone know if this shock can be rebuilt? I see seal kits available for this shock, but that's for the air can, right? That wouldn't improve the damping, would it?

    Thanks in advance.

Seal kit is for the air can, the damper needs to be nitrogen charged. Might contact this forum's sponsor for a rebuild quote.
