    Vanilla 125RL travel question.

    Can this fork ('03) be made to run at 80mm of travel for a XC hardtail?

    I believe so... check you manual. I had an 02 which could be lowered to 80mm, your 03 should.

    Yes. Remove all the spacers from the top of the damper cartridge and the coil spring. Put a 25mm and a 20mm spacer on the plunger rod below the coil spring (see picture). For complete pictorial instructions, go here: http://www.enduroforkseals.com/id28.html
