Romic Twin Tube Rear Shock Spring.

Hi all,
I recently purchased a used Turner DHR (2005). Overall the bike is in great condition, but rear end feels a little under sprung. I would like to get a stiffer spring for it if possible.

I am well aware that Romic no longer manufacturers shocks for bicycles.

Anyone know of an aftermarket spring manufacturer that happens to make a spring that would fit my shock? The shock is a 9.5" x 3.0" unit.

Unfortunately, I am limited in shock choices due to the frame design and purchasing another shock is outside of my budget for the moment.

Call Romic. They still service bike shocks and have spare springs laying around. Last time I was over at the shop, I think I paid around $40 for a spring.

A Rockshox Vivid spring will also work...

Thanks for the heads up Paully, I will keep hat in mind. I wish I could stick the Vivid on there with the spring...lol

I spoke with Romic and they are sending me a 600lb spring for my shock.

They informed me that due to some supply / labor bottleneck, they will not be doing rebuilds until the next quarter. Luckiy for me, the shock appears to be performing well at this time.
