New question here. RockShox Revelation Team Lock Out not working

Hi, I ride a Cannondale F4 2010 and when my front fork lockout did not work, I upgraded to a RockShox. Or I thought I did.
Recent trail pictures, one year later on my Cannondale F4 mountain bike

Been ridding it for 8-12 months and right now, the RockShox Revelation Team is not working.

Had a 3 mile ride on the road, came back and washed the bike. Flipped it upside down so that I can wash-clean the tires/wheel.

The next day, the LockOut does not work.

Their website warranty info is horrible and there is no clear direction :
    SRAM Service | SRAM

I bought it less than 14 months ago online - bikewagon. I know they are an authorized dealer and I have all the receipts.

If I want to send it back to them, I would prefer to send it to RockShox.

Any thoughts on what I should do (go local dealer) and if I would to send it back to RockShox, what is their procedure for a warranty repair as I fall within the 2 yrs

    Thanks man.
I tried both options and No Go

    Will do the LBS option.

You can go through any lbs (who deals with RS, I've yet to find one that doesn't even if they don't have RS forks on the floor) for RS warranty service. No need to send it to bikewagon.

That being said I would do two things first.
    1) cycle the fork 10 or 15 times and see if it works.
    2) check you're damper oil level and make sure it's the correct amount or height.
