Hi, I ride a Cannondale F4 2010 and when my front fork lockout did not work, I upgraded to a RockShox. Or I thought I did.

Been ridding it for 8-12 months and right now, the RockShox Revelation Team is not working.
Had a 3 mile ride on the road, came back and washed the bike. Flipped it upside down so that I can wash-clean the tires/wheel.
The next day, the LockOut does not work.
Their website warranty info is horrible and there is no clear direction :

I bought it less than 14 months ago online - bikewagon. I know they are an authorized dealer and I have all the receipts.
If I want to send it back to them, I would prefer to send it to RockShox.
Any thoughts on what I should do (go local dealer) and if I would to send it back to RockShox, what is their procedure for a warranty repair as I fall within the 2 yrs
