    RockShox Revelation 426 vs. 409

I need to get one of these Dual Air forks in 9mm QR. However, when I compare the website descriptions for these two models, I can't tell what the differences are.

Can someone enlighten me to the differences between the 409 and 426 and also if one, or both, will fit 9mm QR?

    Thanks so much.

Down at the bottom of the 426 description is states "upgrade over 409": External Floodgate. I believe both versions came in 9mm q/r and 20mm Maxle Lite.

    2010 models

This site has info on the 2010 models and which are available in 9mm QR.

The SRAM site shows 2009 models, I think. I don't know which are available in 9mm for last year.

    Thanks for chimin' mtniker.

But in the 409's section under Damping Adjust, it also says "External rebound, low speed compression to 'Lock' with external Floodgate"

This is why I'm still confused. Is it a typo?
