Rock Shox boxxer world cup 2009 coil spring?

Hi , need help figuring out what is what..

Bought a used bike add said it had 2009 Rock shox world cup boxer forks and they look just like them but, the non drive side top cap has a nut and no air valve....
The drive side had a compression and gate adjustments on top with the bottom having the rebound.

So I took the top cap off the non drive side and there`s a huge spring inside, so why the air pressure chart sticker on the non drive side of the fork if it`s coil or did Mickey mouse have his way with this for and swap parts around?

    Thanks for your help!

So to answer my question, I learned from another forum that these forks have been rebuilt with world cup lowers and team uppers. Looks like some guys liked the team spring more than the air for reliability reasons....
