replacing my sticky float 34 with a rct3 revelation

    hey guys,
i just assembled my brand new bandit 29 2013. i decided to go with the 140 mm option up front and bought a new float 34 ctd fit.
it is quite stiff, but nut as plush as i expected. i rode it for 9 times, and i thought it's maybe because fox products are a bit dry out of the box. i went to the local distributor, and he add some oil on the lower legs. still- haven't noticed a big change.

i have an option to replace this one with a revelation 29 140 dual air with rct3(3 month old 2012 model that i heard is better than the 2013 solo air\dual pos) and even get some of the money back.

does anyone own both forks? what do you think i should do?
    give the fox more time?

i really loves RS products and especially the plushness. the fox 34 has very good mid-stroke support

Seems to me either the fox isn't broken in, or it's broke. The Float 34 29er on my bike has been very nicely plush from the first ride onwards.

I did make a mistake with oil spec when I did a service on it mid-winter that made it more sticky, but once I realized what had happened it wasn't a big deal to clean it out and use the correct stuff, and all was well.
