Repair manual for a 97-98 air headshock (Supper Fatty SL? I think)

    XPost from Cannondale page

How do I rebuild this thing? Is there a manual for it anywhere? Cannondale only lists a very useless owners manual.

You will likely need some special tools to go along with that repair manual. I had the Super Fatty with the SL cartridge and recently ditched it in favor of a conventional fork. In my case, I'm quite happy I did. YMMV.

At any rate, I would think that buying special tools to work on one of these would make a one-time repair done myself unfeasible. If you're sure you want to go this route, I would contact Cannondale directly.

I have heard of people doing repairs and race tuning these for specific riders. Post back if you want more info on that and I might be able to get a number.
