Rear Shock Oil Change DIY - Time is of the essence!!

I have been browsing the internet and cant seem to find help to remedy a dumb mistake I made. I work up at Deer Valley and brought my bike home to service over the weekend. I was playing with my rear shock which is an older Manitou Swinger 3-way and ended up dumping the oil out.

I cannot for the life of me find a good tutorial on how to refill the oil, what weight and how much goes in. I normally wouldnt be so hasty in posting without more searching, but I need to have my bike back with me at work on Monday. Can anyone help me out with some info? I appreciate any help!

The shock is a Manitou Swinger 3-way SPV that does not have a reservoirs or anything. I would post a pic, but dont have enough posts as of yet.
