    rear shock length measurments.

ok so i did some searching and couldn't find what i was looking for, so where do i measure when looking for shock length? would it be center of the bolt holes? or some other measurement? i got a fox float rp23 now and would like to upgrade but do not know what measurements to look at when looking for a new one.

Center of the bolt holes will give you the correct measurement. Stroke length is how much the shock shaft compresses, so most measurements will be written as 200x57, so 200mm is the center to center and 57 will be the stroke of the shock.
I don't crash, I just have slightly uncontrolled dismounts!
