I have a 2006-ish Fox Float 120RL (open bath-not FIT) due for an oil change....
Can I change oil without removing all the knobs and pulling the damper?
I already have the lowers off and things are drained and I am getting ready to put the lowers back on.
Does pulling the damper help to assure that all the damper oil is out? Or can I simply push the damper rod in and out to assure all oil is out?
Since it is an open bath design, can I just fill it carefully through the bottom or do I have to fill it via the top as in the Fox directions?
Thanks for any advice.... I just don't feel like pulling everything (even though it probably would take about as much time as it takes to type this) since I am not doing any special damper service anyway.
