Precharge: Quesions and doubts...
Hello, I already have the RockShox Super Deluxe Coil RCT.
Currently I weigh 69Kg (152lbs) and I have mounted a Coil of 350lbs, has it been a good choice?. I'm based on the following table::

I'm riding it on a v4.2 too and riding for Enduro only.
Thanks .

I ask because tomorrow I go riding a bike and wouldn't like break anything for having made a bad choice... .
They told me that for my weight the 350 lbs was the right pier ut I want to make sure.
Thanks.

We have no way of knowing, it's based on the leverage ratio of your bike. a 300lb spring for a 150lb rider would be a simple 2:1 type ratio, usually only found on older Foes bikes.
"It's only when you stand over it, you know, when you physically stand over the bike, that then you say 'hey, I don't have much stand over height', you know"-T. Ellsworth
You're turning black metallic.

If they recommended a 350 spring and you put a 300 to start it will have a greater chance of bottoming out.
Was a 350 not available to start with as was recommended to you?

I'm guessing by V4.2 you mean a Commencal V4.2?
https://www.commencal-store.co.uk/PB...ItmID=22591348
Based on the tech sheet for that bike on the Commencal webpage that lists rear travel as 160 mm and shock stroke as 60 mm so the leverage ratio is 2.67:1.
I'd guess the easiest way to tell if that spring works would be to put it on the bike and see how much preload you need to get the sag you want.
If you don't get enough sag or you need way too much preload then it's not the right spring.

Yes, but, following the Table of Commençal store, the Coil apropiate for my weight is correct, right?:
