Hey guys, I just bought a used 06 Ironhorse warrior pro with a pretty noisy Manitou Splice up front. The thing sounds literally like a noisy metal spring with compression of the travel. The previous owner mentioned something about adding fork oil? I'm reasonably adept with bikes but have never serviced a fork before. What is the best approach to quieting (read: servicing) the fork? I will need laymens terms as I don't have my fork anatomy mastered yet. Not looking to invest too much in the fork just want to keep it functioning the best I can on a budget.
Thanks in advance!
