Just bought the Heckler Frame on Ebay and it's tough sledding thru' the huge variety of forks and their specs.
Bike has 1 1/8", 69 degree angle head tube and 150mm QR fork is what's needed.
I'm old and fat and ride hilly single-track, up 'til now with a death grip on the brakes going downhill on my hardtail with the 50 buck fork. No drops, no tricks, no rock gardens; lotsa small rocks, roots and erosion here in NW Carolina.
The frame comes with Fox Vanilla RC rear and a Fox Float R which is currently mounted.
Looking forward to that "plush" ride I hear about (and give my brakes a break) from Hi-End full suspensions and will invest up to $400 in a fork, possibly used.
