I have a 150mm travel alloy steerer drop off 3 that came on my Rocky Mountain Slayer. I have had a lot of trouble setting this fork up correctly and have had a lot of stiction in it from the beginning. I have had other Marzocchi forks and thought they were wonderful. They all had very little stiction once broken in and were extremely durable.
I am considering rebuilding it with enduro seals and 10wt oil instead of 7.5 I am also wondering if a dual spring conversion might help me out with initial travel. It is a coil and air fork with air in one leg and a spring in the other. Does anyone know what spring would fit in it if I can't find a specific conversion kit?
I weigh about 170 with gear and am not a big drop free ride guy in general though I do hit jumps a little.
